草根站长应该转型，或许更加合适

昨天福建的一个老板到广州这边考察，然后请我吃了个饭，他谈到他们企业想要在网络开拓市场，因为很多竞争对手都在网络上尝到了甜头了，他们也不想落后竞争对手，所以想让我过去福建培训一下他们的网络方面的员工以及推荐点人选。
*m&Z/AbF!G 从这个事情，其实不止一次遇到这样的事情了，很多企业都在寻觅网络方面的人才，都在探索网络的市场。对于做生意的人来讲，只要有市场的地方，就不会放弃的。因此，一方面，互联网的人才是很饱和的，另外一方面，企业的网络人才是紧缺的，形成了一种很明显的矛盾体。这对于个人站长是一种机遇。tcN;M}
因此，建议中等水平的个人站长比较合适转型，呵呵，当然，高级个人站长，自己都能赚一大笔，何必打工呢。当时我相信大部分的个人站长都是出于中等水平的，甚至网站的收入不够养服务器的，过得还是蛮艰辛的，尤其现在广告联盟总体单价下降。
;|!y.i,e$RU 08年，到了5月份了，基本上整个网络是出于一种冷淡期，尤其是中国互联网是以娱乐为主导的环境下，更多的网站只能以广告收入作为维持网站的基础，盈利模式还是比较单一的。h$['d4dY3Jm
我个人觉得，至少这几年是企业网络发展的黄金时代，如果个人站长错过这个机会是很可惜的。因为目前很多个人站长的水平足以满足企业网站的要求，无论是推广还是规划，估计工资还不会很低。其实这个选择，不是让你放弃你的理想，反而你在企业的网站建设中，你会发现你的能力会得到很大的提升，视野也开拓很多。Y(L6n+r!W c
企业网站发展之后，那么电子商务估计会更成熟，到那个时候，估计才是创业的好时机，同时，假设你在企业磨练了几年，那么这是你的优势，因为企业的网络建设，网络营销，是一个整体的整合营销，会对这个思路架构更深刻的了解。在企业里，你更能明确网站的盈利模式，以及和产品，项目结合得更紧密，整个综合能力是能够提高的。[EE;lzYuhi9T
网络的游戏规则趋向于理性了，前几天看到一篇文章《个人网站的时代已经结束》，其实，个人站长不会就这样过去的，而是这个年代，真的需要磨练，只有少部分人才能成为英雄。
